  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping varies.

  • Tracking: Tracking info will be provided after dispatch.

  • Shipping Locations: We ship across India and to select international destinations.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of chai pati, we only accept returns if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery

Please email us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
